Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. General
Oncy Realty offers both free and paid services.
Paid services include:
- Featured Listings
- Property Promotions
- Advertisements
- Subscription Plans
Payments are processed by OncyTech Pvt. Ltd.
2. Free Services
Free property listings may be removed by the user at any time.
3. Paid Services
Once a premium listing or promotional campaign becomes active, it is generally non-refundable because advertising inventory has been reserved and the service has commenced.
4. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be issued only if:
- Payment was deducted but the service was not activated.
- Duplicate payment was made.
- Technical failure prevented delivery of the purchased service.
- Required by applicable law.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind.
- Property sold before campaign completion.
- Low response from buyers.
- Incorrect information submitted by the user.
- Account suspension due to policy violations.
6. Cancellation
Users may cancel future renewals of subscription-based services at any time.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period.
7. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
