  • Does not participate in negotiations.
  • Does not guarantee property transactions.
  • Does not verify legal ownership or title of properties unless expressly stated.

3. User Eligibility

You must:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Register using your own identity.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account confidentiality.
  • All activities performed using your account.
  • Updating your information whenever required.

5. Property Listings

Sellers agree that:

  • Property details are accurate.
  • Images belong to them or they have permission to use them.
  • Listings do not violate any law.

Duplicate, fake, misleading, or fraudulent listings may be removed without notice.

6. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers must independently verify:

  • Property ownership
  • Legal documents
  • Encumbrances
  • Approvals
  • Physical condition
  • Pricing

Before making any payment.

7. Premium Services

Certain services including Featured Listings, Advertisements, Promotional Packages, and Premium Visibility are paid services.

Payments are collected by OncyTech Pvt. Ltd.

8. User Conduct

Users shall not:

  • Post fake properties.
  • Impersonate others.
  • Upload illegal or offensive content.
  • Spam other users.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Misuse the messaging system.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, logos, software, designs, and features belong to OncyTech Pvt. Ltd.

Users may not copy or reproduce any part of the Platform without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Oncy Realty is only a technology platform.

We are not liable for:

  • Property disputes
  • Fraud between users
  • Financial losses
  • Incorrect listings
  • Legal disputes
  • Transaction failures

11. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
